This bath remodel is from the same house as the previous post of the kitchen remodel with the grey cabinets. The reason why I say that is because while ripping out the old floor of the kitchen we found water damage on the subfloor coming from the bathroom which led us to fix that. While remodeling the bath we found that the previous contractor who remodeled the bath last did not install the flange for the toilet the right way which made it leak for years and the tub was installed wrong and that leaked as well. We found that the subfloor was all rotted out and some of the floor joists needed to be replaced as well. Luckily we found this issue before something worse happen. Worst part was that the last contractor remodeled the bath only 15 years ago and it had all these problems.
